We start our exploration in Galičica National Park with a leisurely walk, accompanied by some locals sharing their donkeys with us. Explore the idyllic mountain village of Elsani, where panoramic views of Lake Ohrid and Mount Galicica await you. Take in the natural beauty as you get ready for dinner. A local family welcomes you to their home with a breathtaking panorama of the lake and mountains.

Elshani Macedonian cuisine

Together with the family, prepare a delicious Macedonian supper in traditional stone ovens. Sample local specialities, snacks and drinks while the food slowly cooks. For those interested, there is even the opportunity to try on traditional costumes.
